Video Clip: Releasing the pack on the spot

Mr. Pisit once said releasing-the-pack-on-the-spot type is the hardest among all type of radio control airplane's competition. One needs to observe the direction and the speed of the wind carefully in order to drop the pack at the targeted spot.

Releasing on the spot:
- Airplane must be at least 5 m high from the spot.
- The contestants must stay on assigned area only.
- Each team will be given 2 chances to drop the pack. The one with higher score will be taken. If more than one team get the same score, the team that use the least time will win.

- Time period is 2.30 min. If the plane crashes within the time, it can be put back to flight until the time ends.
- The team with the highest score is the winner. In the case that the pack isn't dropped in designated area, the distance will be measure from the center to find out the winner. (In the first round, the 5 teams with highest scores will be move on to the next round.)
- RCSA will provide each team with 2 planes. The team can bring with them a plane, but it must be first approved by the committee.

Pe Kanchanaburi demonstarted the flight.
